Old Lake

This project consists of utility relocations
along Old Lake Wilson Road between
Westgate Boulevard and Sinclair Road in
conjunction with the County’s road widening
project. This project also includes a 12” and
16” reuse main along Old Lake Wilson Road
between Livingston Road and Sinclair Road
and a reuse connection at Livingston Road
and Sand Hill Road. The reuse
improvements will provide 0.2 MGD of reuse
to existing developments along the
Livingston and Old Lake Wilson Road
corridors. Reuse demand within the
corridors will increase to approximately 1.2
MGD as the area is further developed.
The utility improvements include: 2,700 LF of
30” water main (WM), 2,600 LF of 24” WM,
800 LF of 16” 12” and 8” WM, 1,200 LF of
16” reuse main (RM), 12,500 LF of 12” RM,
4,300 LF of 30” force main (FM), 2,400 LF of
8” FM, and 700 LF of 12” 10” and 6” FM.
The utility portion of the
project is substantially
complete, pending submittal
of the Substantial Completion
form by the CMAR and
FDEP water main clearance.
The utility contractor is
currently completing punchlist
items generated on the
substantial completion
walkthrough.
Final wastewater permit
clearance has been received.
Final water permit clearance
application has been
submitted to FDEP.
