This fee does not provide financial resources for the distribution of technology throughout dormitory and private facilities. (3) The Room Guarantee/Damage Deposit is a one-time deposit that is paid when the student first enrolls at CCS and requests a dorm room. The deposit is held to guarantee a dorm room for the student upon arrival and is maintained to guarantee a room each semester the student re-enrolls. The deposit is returned upon the student’s graduation, transfer away from campus residency status or CCS, or otherwise non re-entry at CCS at which time it is refunded, less any damages that may have been caused by the student to the dormitory facility.
