Activity<br />

Participants to be given the questi<strong>on</strong>s (it can be displayed <strong>on</strong> the projector)<br />

Facilitator to circulate sheets am<strong>on</strong>g the participants <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> filling in their resp<strong>on</strong>ses<br />

Participants to work <strong>on</strong> these and submit the answers<br />

Questi<strong>on</strong>s to be resp<strong>on</strong>ded:<br />

(a) <strong>on</strong>e change participants would bring about in their attitude/stance/positi<strong>on</strong><br />

(b) <strong>on</strong>e change they would bring about in their approach to dealing with trafficking cases<br />

(c) their definiti<strong>on</strong> of sensitive policing approach to the issue<br />

Note to the facilitator<br />

The purpose of this exercise is to ensure that the learning from this secti<strong>on</strong> can be absorbed by<br />

the participants in the real spirit. They must be able to highlight specific changes they will<br />

bring about in their day-to-day functi<strong>on</strong>ing and activities that can reflect the changes in their<br />

mindset, attitude and behaviour.<br />
