Acti<strong>on</strong> Plans and follow up <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> implementati<strong>on</strong> and evaluati<strong>on</strong>.<br />

Establish a communicati<strong>on</strong> link/network between learners who are now returned to the field and<br />

<strong>on</strong> going training events.<br />

Trainer/facilitators should adopt an “evaluati<strong>on</strong> state of mind” – always observing and thinking<br />

how things can be improved.<br />

Trainer/facilitators should use at least two specific structured evaluati<strong>on</strong> techniques.<br />

Trainer/facilitators should talk about the course with other trainer/facilitators, facilitators and<br />

<str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g>mer facilitators.<br />

5. CLOSING EXERCISES<br />

Be<str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g>e closing the sessi<strong>on</strong>, it would be appropriate if closing exercises are c<strong>on</strong>ducted with the purpose<br />

of giving participants a sense of accomplishment. You can choose to do the following or build some of<br />

your own.<br />

EXERCISE<br />

Drawing C<strong>on</strong>clusi<strong>on</strong>s 52<br />

Estimated time : 15 mins<br />

Material required : Pieces of paper, pen<br />

Methodology : Individual exercise<br />

Expected outcome : The facilitator summarizes the training workshop and participants leave<br />

the workshop with a feeling of accomplishment and self-c<strong>on</strong>fidence<br />

Activity 1 Ask the participants to write down <strong>on</strong> small pieces of paper the most<br />

important and relevant in<str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g>mati<strong>on</strong> they received during the training<br />

workshop<br />

Note to the facilitator<br />

2 Also ask them what new knowledge and ideas have enriched their<br />

understanding/influenced their opini<strong>on</strong>s regarding human trafficking?<br />

3 Participants can then volunteer to share their thoughts<br />

Thank all the participants <str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g> their cooperati<strong>on</strong> and participati<strong>on</strong> in the training workshop.<br />

Wish them success in their work in combating human trafficking and ask them to fill out the<br />

Estimated time : 15 mins<br />

Material required : Flip Charts, piece of papers, marker pens, picture of success tree drawn <strong>on</strong><br />

flip chart, glue or scotch tape<br />

Methodology : Individual exercise and group sharing<br />

Expected outcome : Planting a tree of success figuratively would help participants in their<br />

resolve to renew their ef<str<strong>on</strong>g>for</str<strong>on</strong>g>ts in combating HT<br />
