This project will work with community groups to provide<br />
training on different skills including modern food<br />
processing techniques for conservation, packaging<br />
and processing of foodstuffs to enhance income and<br />
extend the economic and nutritional benefi ts of agricultural<br />
output through the ‘hunger season’ when<br />
food insecurity is highest.<br />
