and finishes with exotic lingering perfume and a slightly phenolic
character. Just 25% of the wine went through malolactic
fermentation. Mouton-Rothschild produces around 1,500

This grew thicker with aeration,
showing a lime leaf element reminiscent
of Sancerre and finishing with notes of
