1990. The 2007 is full-bodied and powerful, with high tannins, high
extract, and tremendous color, stuffing, and richness…Dense, rich,
more structured than the 2003, sumptuous, and deep (in the style of
the 1990), it should evolve for 20-25 years.” Wine Advocate, rated 94-

Laurence, appears to be of the same quality as the Cuvee Réservée, but
the Laurence will be bottled much later than the Réservée, which was
about to be bottled at the time of my visit in late August.” Wine

pain grille, earth notes, and an amalgam of black fruits. Layered, with superb
depth and grip, the wine is reminiscent of a top level Pauillac (Christian

kept cropping up as I tasted the wine was ‘polished.’ It has a sophisticated
finesse that moves the beautiful fruit flavors into a more elegant dimension than
all but a handful of Washington wines.”
“Purple-colored, it exhibits aromas of cedar, pencil lead, spice box, black cherry,
and black currant. Made in an elegant, seamless style, the wine has excellent
grip, fine depth, and a lingering, fruit-filled finish. Allow 2-3 years in the cellar

“As one might expect, this is Washington rosé with a French touch, courtesy of
consulting winemaker Christian LeSommer. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon,
Merlot and Cab Franc, given a four-hour soak and then fermented in neutral
oak, it is exceptional in every way. Silky and flavorful with a mix of peach and
strawberry, vanilla cookie and amazing length.” Wine Enthusiast, rated 90/100
