Stanisław Tokarski who resigned. Mrs. Joanna Schmid was appointed<br />
the Vice President of the Management Board for Strategy<br />

13 września <strong>2010</strong> roku ze składu Rady Nadzorczej odwołano<br />
Witolda Kurowskiego oraz Tadeusza Skrzypka. 14 września<br />
<strong>2010</strong> roku w skład Rady Nadzorczej powołano Leszka Koziorowskiego,<br />
Jacka Kucińskiego oraz Jacka Szyke.<br />
On September 13, <strong>2010</strong> Mr. Witold Kurowski and Mr. Tadeusz<br />
Skrzypek were dismissed from the Supervisory Board. On September<br />
14, <strong>2010</strong> Mr. Leszek Koziorowski, Mr. Jacek Kuciński<br />
and Mr. Jacek Szyke were appointed members of the Supervisory<br />
