Objectives<br />
To manage the <strong>ENEN</strong>-II project to time schedule and budget.<br />
<strong>Description</strong> <strong>of</strong> work<br />
- To coordinate the <strong>Work</strong> Packages and motivate the involved parties.<br />
- To allocate project resources according to the needs.<br />
- To produce the contractual documents and supervise the production <strong>of</strong> the deliverables<br />
- To convene and conduct the project progress meetings and management committee<br />
meetings<br />
Deliverables<br />
According to the contractual deliverables mentioned in Appendix C “Reporting Procedures<br />
for Coordination Actions” including:<br />
- D.7.1 Project progress meeting reports on Kick-<strong>of</strong>f, mid-term and final meetings.<br />
- D.7.2 Project financial statements and reports according to the contract.<br />
- D.7.3 Project dissemination <strong>of</strong> information and external communication.<br />
- D.7.4 Final project report.<br />
Milestones 29 and expected result<br />
- Decisions on the project work distribution and resource allocations at Kick-Off meeting,<br />
at the mid-term meeting, and the project management and work package meetings.<br />
29 Milestones are control points at which decisions are needed; for example concerning which <strong>of</strong> several technologies<br />
will be adopted as the basis for the next phase <strong>of</strong> the project.<br />
