All resources in the tables are given in man-months and are estimates based on the efforts needed to<br />
carry out the tasks and produce the deliverables. The resources are subject to revision and<br />
reallocation following a motivated decision <strong>of</strong> the Project Management Committee.<br />
According to <strong>Annex</strong> II <strong>of</strong> the contract, paragraph II.25, Coordination actions, indirect costs have<br />
been estimated at a flat rate <strong>of</strong> 20 % <strong>of</strong> the direct costs. Travel expenses have been estimated on the<br />
basis <strong>of</strong> the project plenary meetings, work package meetings, workshops and management<br />
meetings. No subcontracting is foreseen in the project. There is no need for major equipment<br />
purchases or infrastructures. Consumables and various services (e.g. information technology,<br />
communications, etc.) are to be covered by the indirect costs.<br />
