Note:
w The student must complete all his or her admission formalities in the campus within the date stipulated
by WBJEEB following the allotment confirmation through e-counselling. Failing this, his or her admission
shall stand cancelled.
w WBUT registration, developement, exam fees to be paid by the student extra at actuals. The WBUT
Registration and Development fee at actuals to be deposited by the student within 30th Sept, 2013. Any
revision in the fees by WBUT during the course program shall be paid by the student(s) at actuals.
w Anti-Ragging affidavit to be executed by all students as per the AICTE norms in the prescribed format.
A sum of Rs. 150/- to be paid by the student in cash during admission for the affidavit.
w The caution deposit is refundable after the expiry of eight semesters/ the completion of the course.
However, in the case of the advertent damage to any asset(s) of the Institute, if caused by the student,
the assessed value shall be deducted from the caution deposit on the sole discretion of the Institute.
Any unpaid amount by the student shall also be debited to caution deposit account as per the norms
of the Institute.
w Any revision in the tuition fee or any other fees, as and when notified by the Higher Education
Department/ Directorate of Technical Education, Govt. of West Bengal shall be applicable to all students.
w All onward semester fees to be deposited within 25th June and 24th December of every year. Late
payment shall be received with fine up to a limited period, as decided by the Institute.
w The Accounts Department remains open on all days (Monday to Sunday) from 10:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M.
during admission session.
