Important efforts are being
made by Honduras to meet
ICCAT obligations.
Reporting was sent on 14
October (however the
Secreteriat does not
acknowledge this).
Honduras does not fish for
tunas under the purview of
ICCAT. Furthermore, fisheries
are undergoing a major reform
in the country in order to
improve compliance.
Lift identification
and send letter of
concern with
respect to ongoing
data reporting
deficiencies and
need to inform
about fisheries
management. In
2012, no reply
received to letter of
concern.
