2015 MII PROGRAMME DIRECTORY
This programme is designed to provide individuals
engaged in insurance loss adjusting with the necessary
working knowledge and competency to ensure that they
are able to support an efficient loss adjusting operation.
It will also provide a strong knowledge foundation for
staff in the insurance loss adjusting sector to progress in
their careers in-line with their job development and the
strategic directions of their companies.

I. Class Attendance
Class attendance is compulsory. Participants need to
attain at least 80% class attendance to qualify to sit
for the examination.

II. Examination
Participants must attain 50% pass mark in a one
hour duration examination. Examination format
consists of 50 multiple choice questions.
Upon satisfactory completion of the course and passing the required assessment, successful participant will be
awarded a certificate in Basic Certificate Course in Loss Adjusting (BCCILA).
