• Able to relate to students from different backgrounds<br />

• Has undergone the MII-RFP Course<br />

Assessment I. Class Attendance:<br />

Participants must obtain a minimum of 80%<br />

Upon satisfactory completion of the programme and passing the required assessment, successful participants<br />

• Possess relevant tertiary education or recognised professional qualification with proven knowledge base of<br />

the subject(s)<br />

• Employed as a Life Company Trainer for at least two years and has undergone company trainer’s programme<br />

• Has undergone MII BAMC or passed the BAMC Examination<br />

• Willing to work for the betterment of the MII-BAMC and the accomplishment of its objectives<br />

• Committed to the whole programme<br />

• Able to relate the text material to student’s daily work<br />

• Able to conduct and deliver the programme effectively<br />

Participant will be assessed by class attendance (minimum of 80% attendance) and moderator’s evaluation<br />

based on micro teaching and presentation.<br />

Upon satisfactory completion of the programme and passing the required assessment, successful participants<br />

will be awarded a certificate to certify them as a BAMC Trainer.<br />
