This new and improved programme is designed to<br />

equip insurance and takaful brokers with the necessary<br />

knowledge required to carry out their functions as brokers<br />

effectively and professionally. In today’s competitive<br />

business environment, it is essential that insurance and<br />

takaful brokers are able to provide such high level of<br />

service combined with extensive product knowledge and<br />

high commitment to professionalism and ethical standards.<br />

THE TRAINER<br />

This programme is designed to provide new and upcoming<br />

trainers with the fundamental understanding of conducting a<br />

class/training and ensuring high quality and professionalism<br />

in the delivery of training material. Participants will also have<br />

a better understanding of the training techniques and theories<br />

applicable to adult learning and administrative procedures of<br />

the respective RFP courses. In this programme, they will also<br />

gain a “hands-on experience” on conducting RFP classes.<br />

answers from Conventional Insurance assessment<br />

and 60% or 25 correct answers from Takaful<br />

assessment (both conditions must be satisfied).<br />

Examination format consists of 100 multiple<br />

choice questions.<br />

Upon satisfactory completion of the programme and passing the required assessment, successful participant<br />

will be awarded a certificate in Basic Certificate Course in Insurance and Takaful Broking (BCCITB).<br />

• Possess relevant tertiary education or recognised professional qualification with proven knowledge base of<br />
