Certificate of The Malaysian<br />
Insurance Institute - CMII<br />

Enter with these qualifications:<br />
- SPM/GCE ‘O’ Level or<br />
equivalent or higher<br />
- Good command of English<br />
language is recommended<br />
Diploma of The Malaysian<br />
Insurance Institute - DMII<br />

Duration: 15 months<br />
Enter with these qualifications:<br />
- SPM/GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent AND<br />
- 1 year or more of insurance<br />
industry experience<br />
- or, Diploma or higher<br />
- or, CMII<br />
Associateship of The Malaysian<br />
Insurance Institute - AMII<br />

REGULATIONS<br />
Withdrawal, postponement and cancellation<br />
• MII will retain the payment of each subject if the entire or<br />
part of the programme is cancelled by the student after the<br />
commencement of the programme. This is also applicable<br />
if the student withdraws/postpones from any programme<br />
after the commencement of the programme.<br />
• No refund will be made for withdrawal or postponement<br />
by the student after commencement of the programme.<br />
• Full refund applies only to rejected application or where<br />
the programme does not commence due to unforeseen<br />
circumstances.<br />
Payment policy<br />
• MII practices a non-credit policy where all payments must be<br />
fully made before the commencement of the programme.<br />
Full payment should reach MII two (2) weeks before the<br />
commencement of a programme.<br />
Absence from Class<br />
• In the event if a student is unable to attend the class due<br />
to medical reason, he/she may appeal from the “deduction<br />
of attendance” marks by submitting a letter of appeal and<br />
produce a medical certificate or doctor’s letter as evidence<br />
not later than a week from the day of absence.<br />
• MII reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the course<br />
due to unforeseen circumstances and will notify all students<br />
on a timely basis.<br />
