LATM Experience<br />
The <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>West</strong> <strong>Torrens</strong> have a<br />
wealth <strong>of</strong> experience in the<br />
undertaking and successful<br />
implementation <strong>of</strong> LATM plans. It is<br />
not proposed to elaborate on this<br />
experience other than to refer to<br />
many <strong>of</strong> the previous LATM reports that<br />
have been adopted by the Council.<br />
As discussed in Section 2.0, major traffic<br />
investigations including LATM studies<br />
have already occurred in most <strong>of</strong> the<br />
areas within the <strong>City</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>West</strong> <strong>Torrens</strong>.<br />
One <strong>of</strong> the recommendations <strong>of</strong> this<br />
strategy is the development <strong>of</strong> a<br />
priority rating system for determining<br />
future LATM studies. This would then<br />
allow LATM studies to be undertaken<br />
on a strategic manner.<br />
