It’s back to old school this Fall and Winter with emphasis on
the feminine silhouette and silver screen heroines. Revel in
the elegance of a well tailored skirt and a jacket with 40’s
bombshell shoulders. Fur goes wilder with new textures and
colours. Pick your flavour, the choice is wider than ever, but
dare to wear it more than once—the fire-engine-red Arctic
fox coat may look a bit bright by next winter. Evening wear
is either diaphanous and floaty or slinky and textural. Either
way, keep the hair and make up to Greek-goddess minimal
and whip out those statement jewels. Set the scene for the new
year with confidence, flair, and a closet ready to fit you out
with whiz bang glamour at the bat of a Bette Davis eyelash.
