Key managerial personnel comprise whole-time directors, who have the authority and responsibility for
planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company. The remuneration paid to such directors is
disclosed in Note 11 on Page 24 and the dues from such persons are disclosed in footnotes 1 and 2 (i) of Schedule
8 Current Assets, Loans and Advances, forming part of the Balance Sheet. Presently Mr. Raymond N Bickson,
the Managing Director, Mr. Anil P. Goel, the Executive Director - Finance and Mr. Abhijit Mukerji, the Executive
Director - Hotel Operations are the Key Management Personnel.
