Share transfers are processed weekly and approved by the Committee. Investor grievances are placed before the Committee.
There were no pending investor complaints which remained unresolved. All share transfers lodged up to March 31, 2008 have

As per the provisions of Section 205A read with Section 205C of the Companies Act, 1956, the Company is required to
transfer unpaid dividends, matured deposits, redeemed debentures and interest accrued thereon remaining unclaimed and
unpaid for a period of 7 years from the due date to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) set up by the Central
Government.
