(xv) According to the information and explanations given to us, and on an overall examination of the Balance Sheet of the
Company, funds raised on short-term basis have prima facie not been used during the year for long-term investment.
(xvi) According to the information and explanations given to us, the Company has not made any preferential allotment of
shares to parties and companies/firms covered in the Register maintained under Section 301 of the Companies Act,
1956.
(xvii) According to the information and explanations given to us and the records examined by us, securities have been
created in respect of the debentures issued.
(xviii)The Company had received an amount of Rs. 23.85 crores as application money up to 31 st March, 2008 in response to
the Rights Issue of simultaneous but unlinked issue of Equity Shares and Non Convertible Debentures with detachable
warrants, which is retained in an escrow account pending allotment.
(xix) To the best of our knowledge and according to the information and explanations given to us, no fraud by the Company
and no material fraud on the Company was noticed or reported during the year.
