Guided Meditation compact disc by the author of this book, which teaches a 2,500-<br />

year-old practice designed to help us reconnect with our inner spiritual abode of<br />

loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity. A third resource is the compact<br />

disc album AnimalSongs, also by the author, which contains original piano music<br />

blended with the voices of animals, with special attention to those species we use for<br />
