each pair of students
Copies of the Discrimination,
Harassment and Victimisation
definitions on the next page –
one for each student.
Activity one
Divide the students into small groups and give each group
a copy of the definition sheet on the opposite page.
Go through the definitions of discrimination and
harassment, making sure that the students understand
what they mean, then ask each group to come up
with at least one additional example for each type of
discrimination or harassment.
(The students should keep these sheets in their folders so
that they can refer to them in Lesson 25.)

Preparation
Type out each of the levels of
likelihood of discrimination on page
82, on A4 pages, using the largest
font possible, and print them out.
Photocopy and cut out the cards on
pages 83-86, enlarging them to twice
their size (Each card = A5) so that
they can be read by the whole class.
