Cruise around the stunning Blue Mountains and Hunter Valley regions, taking in
breathtaking views and sampling some of Australia’s finest wines. Start with the 100km
haze, a result of eucalyptus oil evaporating from millions of gum trees. This captivating
National Park is where you’ll see the dramatic Three Sisters rock formation from Echo
Point. In the morning, head to Hunter Valley where the rolling vineyards of Pokolbin are
home to 70 unique wineries. The following day, drive to the town of Port Stephens, a
natural bay over twice the size of Sydney Harbour. Spot bottlenose dolphins from the
bay, relax on a magnificent beach and tuck into a tasty seafood dinner whilst you’re
