MITSUBISHI MICROCOMPUTERSMELPS 8-48 MASK ROMORDERING METHODMASK ROM ORDERING METHODDescribed below is the ordering method applicable whenprograms submitted by the customer are written into themask ROMs.An automatic mask ROM design program is preparedfor writing programs into mask ROMs, and (1) the draftingdata for mask ROM generation, (2) the reference list formask ROM preparation error checks and (3) an automatictest protram for the large-scale tester designed to test themask ROMs are all automatically generated.When the object program is stored in the MELPS8-48single-chip microcomputer mask ROM, the order for theobject program medium is received as an EPROM form.Consequently, the EPROM or EPROMs which have storedthe object program equivalent to one single-chip microcomputerchip should be submitted accompanied by theprescribed confirmation sheets for 3 sets of EPROMs respectively.EPROM SPECIRICATIONS1. Usable EPROMs include Mitsubishi's M5L2716K,M5L2732K or Intel's 2716, 2732, 8748, 8749 or theirequivalent. The M5L2716K, M5L2732 and Intel's 8748,8749 are the standard EPROMs.2. "High" is treated as 1 for the EPROM data andaddress.3. <strong>Al</strong>l the data from the head address to the final addressare treated as the EPROM's effective data.CHECKPOINTS1'.
