That the District NYI, District Sunday School and DiscipleshipMinistries, District NMI councils provide monthly treasurer reports to the DistrictSuperintendent.7. That the District SDMI, NMI, NYI, Missional Growth, and Campcouncils/boards present a proposed annual budget to the District Finance Committee.8. That the district treasurer and all department treasurers be bonded atdistrict expense.9. That all district salaries and benefits and general assembly delegateallocations be preferred claims; and that all other district expense not specified,including office equipment, be paid as ordered by the Advisory Board; that travelexpense for the district board and committee meetings be set at one half of thecurrent IRS standards.10. That each auxiliary department pays the following amounts to thedistrict treasurer for:South Carolina District News $800District Office ExpenseNMI and NYI $2,200SDMI $3,30010. We recommend that each church receive copies of the district assemblyjournal, and that the district secretary take orders during the district assembly for asmany additional copies of the journal any church shall desire at $6 each. The districtsecretary shall order as many additional copies as deemed necessary on the church’sbehalf.11. That the district superintendent be given 5 weeks vacation with pay.115
