3. That each local NMI Treasurer submits a monthly financial report to thepastor and to the local NMI President.4. That local councils plan with their local church boards to give 5.5% of theirincome to the World Evangelism Fund with a challenge to be a WorldEvangelism Church of Excellence by giving 5.7% (or $1,500) whichever isless.5. That there be 100% participation in all offerings as stated in the “Calendarof Emphasis,” and make sure each offering is mailed promptly to the propertreasurer.6. That the District NMI President, the District NMI Vice President, theDistrict Superintendent, District NMI Treasurer, and the District NMISecretary be given a Christmas check in the amount of $100 each.7. That local presidents and pastors make sure their annual reports agree.8. That local churches pay expenses to the District Convention for any DistrictNMI Council members who are members of their local church.9. That mileage for the District Council be paid as set by the District FinanceCommittee.10.
