Thateach church give at least 5.7% (or overpay by $1,500, whichever isless) to World Evangelism Fund to invest in new world areas and newworks in the U.S.A. and Canada.3. EXEMPLARY AWARD. That each church meet all the goals ofMission Priority One, Award of Excellence, plus meet all of the goalslisted below to qualify for Exemplary Award:(1) Pay District NMI Budget in full by participating fully withthe “Fair Share” Budget Payment Program. This will pay allDistrict Budgets in full.(2) Participate in World Mission Broadcast (Radio) byreceiving an offering. There is no assigned goal set.(3) Participate in the District Work & Witness Programoffering by mailing a separate offering to the District NMITreasurer. There is no assigned goal set.(4) Participate in the Missionary Health Care Plan – bypresenting a minimum of one or more of the following:• Memorial Roll Certificate for an adult or child• Distinguished Service Award• “Gifts from the Heart”• Receive an Offering for the Medical Plan.(5) Participate in an Alabaster Offering. There is no goal set.(6) Support the LINKS missionaries assigned solely to ourdistrict by promptly responding to the requests made for theirspecific needs, remembering their birthdays and anniversaries,and/or send a “cash” LINKS gift.(7) Give a Deputation offering for a visiting NazareneMissionary. Offerings may be given: at your church, or at theChildren’s Mission Fair, and/or in another Church of theNazarene deputation service.134
