Quotations shall include or exclude accrued but unpaidinterest. “Representative Amount”means an amount that is representative for a single transaction in the relevantmarket and at the relevant time, such amount to be determined by theCalculation Agent.“Repudiation/Moratorium” means the occurrence of both of the following events:(i)an authorised officer of a Reference Entity or a GovernmentalAuthority:(A)(B)disaffirms, disclaims, repudiates or rejects, in whole or inpart, or challenges the validity of, one or more Obligationsin an aggregate amount of not less than the DefaultRequirement; ordeclares or imposes a moratorium, standstill, roll-over ordeferral, whether de facto or de jure, with respect to one ormore Obligations in an aggregate amount of not less thanthe Default Requirement; and(ii)a Failure to Pay, determined without regard to the PaymentRequirement, or a Restructuring, determined without regard to theDefault Requirement, with respect to any such Obligation occurson or prior to the Repudiation/Moratorium Evaluation Date.“Repudiation/MoratoriumEvaluation Date”“Repudiation/MoratoriumExtension Condition”“Repudiation/MoratoriumExtension Notice”means, if a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium occurs on or prior to theScheduled Maturity Date, (i) if the Obligations to which such PotentialRepudiation/Moratorium relates include Bonds, the date that is the later of(A) the date that is 60 days after the date of such PotentialRepudiation/Moratorium and (B) the first payment date under any such Bondafter the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium (or, if later, theexpiration date of any applicable Grace Period in respect of such paymentdate) and (ii) if the Obligations to which such PotentialRepudiation/Moratorium relates do not include Bonds, the date that is 60days after the date of such Potential Repudiation/Moratorium.means the delivery of a Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Notice and, ifspecified as applicable in the relevant Final Terms, Notice of PubliclyAvailable Information by the Calculation Agent to the Issuer that is effectiveduring the period from and including the Trade Date to and including theScheduled Maturity Date or, if Condition 10(f)(ii) applies, the PostponedMaturity Date.means an irrevocable notice (which may be by telephone) from theCalculation Agent to the Issuer (which the Calculation Agent has the rightbut not the obligation to deliver) that describes a PotentialRepudiation/Moratorium that occurred on or after the Trade Date and on orprior to the Scheduled Maturity Date.
