Develop geographical mapping of all the inaccessible and remote areas in the state.2. Understand community behaviour and priorities.3. Evolve area-specific strategies.4. Adopt a multi-pronged approach by tapping the potential of other government departmentsand the private sector. The Health Department should take the lead in this effort.5. Develop strong referral linkages between various partners within and outside thegovernment system, community leaders, and ANMs.6.
