Standard2.08 M The agency has a directive governing bias-basedprofiling following the guidelines outlined in FloridaStatutes and, at a minimum, includes the followingprovisions:A. A prohibition against bias based profiling in trafficcontacts, field contacts, searches and seizures, andin asset seizure and forfeiture efforts;B. Training agency enforcement personnel in biasbased profiling issues including legal aspects; inaccordance with CJSTC guidelines;C. Corrective measures if bias based profilingoccurs;D. Definitions to include bias based profiling andreasonable suspicion;E. Traffic stop procedures;F. Community education and awareness efforts;G. A documented annual administrative review ofagency practices involving bias-based profiling, toinclude areas of forfeitures, traffic stops, andseizures; andH.
