LNC-MILLG85 Reaming CycleG85 Reaming CycleCommand FormatG85 X╴ Y╴ Z╴ R╴ K╴ F╴;Argument Instruction• X__Y__Coordinate of hole position (mm).• Z__Coordinate of hole bottom (mm).• R__Coordinate of R point (i.e. retraction point) (mm).• K__Times of repetition.• F__Cutting feedrate (G94 mm/min) (G95 mm/rev).Action Instruction (taking G17 plane for example)1. Fast position to hole position (X, Y, yet maintain original tool height);2. Fast position to the coordinate of R point (R);3. Cut to hole bottom position (Z) with specified cutting feedrate and spindlespeed;4. In G98 mode, return to the starting point at cutting feedrate; In G99 mode,return to R point at cutting feedrate;5. If K is specified ( > 1), repeat steps 2~4 until obtaining specified reamingrepetition times; otherwise procedure ends;6. In G91 mode, argument R specifies the distance between R point and thestarting point; argument Z specifies the distance between hole bottomposition and R point; If K is specified ( > 1), after each reaming process(steps 2~4) the hole will migrate according to specified X, Y and thencontinue next reaming process; otherwise procedure ends.7.
