BiographyOldrich M. Laznicka, Jr. is a Member of the Technical Staff in the Inertial Instruments Division at<strong>Draper</strong>. He is responsible for research and development of fiber-optic interferometric gyros, acoherent-light communication and sensor system, employing integrated and fiber-optic components.Mr. Laznicka designed an ultra-low-noise detection subsystem and electro-optical control loop forlocking a laser diode to a reference fiber-optic resonator.
