Chapter 4 Quarantines
The envelope sender and the from header for the specified mail are both added to the safelist, and the
released messages proceed directly to the destination queue, skipping any further work queue processing
in the email pipeline.
End users can use blocklists to ensure that they never receive mail from specified senders.
Step 1 From the End-User Quarantine, select the Options drop-down menu.

Step 2 Enter the domain or email address you want to blocklist. You can enter multiple domains and email
addresses, separated by commas.
Step 3 Click Add to List.
