Emissions are calculated using the internationally recognisedWRI/WBCSD Greenhouse Gas Protocol. All consolidated subsidiariesare included on a 100% basis together with the equity accountedpercentage share of the MillerCoors joint venture.Cumulative financial benefits from our businesscapability programmeIncremental cash flows generated as a result of the adoption of newprocesses and systems including incremental revenues, reduced costof goods sold and overheads, reduced investment in working capitaland lower cost of capital investments.KPI explanation of changesThe group has reviewed its key performance indicators duringthe year. As a consequence, a number of new KPIs have beenintroduced and are presented in this <strong>Annual</strong> <strong>Report</strong>. The changesreflect an increased focus on cash generation and total shareholderreturn; the implementation of the business capability programme;and the group’s new target for reduction in fossil fuel emissions.They also recognise the importance attached to the group’s positionin developing and emerging markets and to leading market sharepositions in individual country markets.
