These challenges include – limitedphysical access <strong>to</strong> services, limited provision ofinformation in appropriate format, limited staffawareness, limited assistance offered by staff<strong>and</strong> little assistance provided <strong>to</strong> guide dogusers.Deaf women are less satisfied than hearingwomen <strong>with</strong> the care received during the175
