Executed by owner No Yes633Upon receipt of claim, MBT technical department will make on-siteinspection. If leak condition is found to be from causes other thanmanufacturing defects or workmanship, MBT charges $250/dayplus expenses for inspection; otherwise, no charge. MBT shall beentitled to replace or repair at MBT's sole and exclusive discretionany component of MBT materials as deemed necessary, whetheror not a claim has been made. The cost of such repair orreplacement shall be borne by MBT unless repair or replacementresults from causes excluded from warranty coverage, in whichcase the owner shall reimburse MBT for such costs. Refusal ofowner to allow MBT to inspect repairs or replace materials or paycosts for repairs not covered by warranty terminates the warrantyand relieves MBT from any further liability.
