damaged, debr s can adhere to people,<br />
cloth ng, tools, bags, and stolen tems and can<br />
transfer to veh cles. If poss ble, subm t the<br />
ev dence to the Laboratory for exam ners to<br />
remove the debr s. Package each tem <strong>of</strong><br />
ev dence n a separate paper bag. Do not<br />
process tools for latent pr nts.<br />
Collect known samples from the penetrated or<br />
damaged areas.<br />
