DV MODE OPERATION (Optional UT-123 is required)5D Copying the call record contents into callsign memoryThis is a way to copy the call record contents (“CALLER,”“RXRPT1” and “RXRPT2”) into call sign memory (“YOUR” and“RPT”) at the same time or individually.qPush [F• ] to display the function guide.wPush [MENU](V/MHz•SCAN) (Right band’s) to display the“MENU” screen.eRotate [DIAL] to select “RX CALL SIGN,” then push[MAIN•BAND].rRotate [DIAL] to select the desired record channel, thenpush [MAIN•BAND].• COPY SELECT screen is displayed.tRotate [DIAL] to select the desired call sign to be copiedfrom “ALL,” “CALLER,” “RXRPT1” and “RXRPT2.”• “ALL” selection won’t appear when either station or repeater callsign memory has no blank channel.• When “ALL” is selected➥ Push [MAIN•BAND] to copy the selected record’s contentsinto the appropriate call sign memory’s blank channelautomatically.• Returns to RX CALL SIGN screen automatically.• When “CALLER,” “RXRPT1” or “RXRPT2” isselectedzPush [MAIN•BAND] then rotate [DIAL] to select the desiredcondition of call sign memory channel selection tobe copied to from “AUTO” and “LIST SEL.”• “AUTO” selection won’t appear when the appropriate call signmemory has no blank channel.• Go to step y when “AUTO” is selected.xPush [MAIN•BAND] then select the desired call signmemory channel to copy to with [DIAL].• Programmed call sign is displayed if the selected memorychannel has already been programmed.cPush [MAIN•BAND] to copy the call sign into the selectedcall sign memory.• Returns to RX CALL SIGN screen automatically.yPush [BACK](V/MHz•SCAN) (Right band’s) three times toreturn to frequency indication.1234567891011121314151617181950
