Thenumbering plan will support commercial PSN numbers and non-commercial agencyspecific 700 NPA-based private numbers. AT&T will implement new area codes andarea code changes by the announced mandatory effective date of operation for thatarea. Any subsequent changes to commercial numbering plans that may occur duringthe contract modification will be included.
