After the conference has completed and payment received, acheck is then generated and sent to the Host.+ Security Password – Passwords can be assigned to help ensure onlyauthorized personnel make teleconference calls on the account associatedwith the corporate plan (Operator Assisted Dial In Only).+ Self-Mute – A participant can mute their line without muting all otherparticipants’ connections by depressing a touch-tone command.+ Solicitation & Enforcement Instructions – AT&T TeleConference ServicesSpecialist intercepts all calls to the teleconference. The Specialist determineswhich conference the caller would like to attend and asks the caller to providethe pre-established information required to enter the conference. The entrancecriterion is arranged with the conference Host or Scheduler prior to the call. Itmay be as simple as providing one’s name or as complex as providing socialsecurity numbers and pass codes, which are validated against a customerprovided list. Callers who are unable to provide the proper information can bepresented to the customer for admittance via a communications line (OperatorAssisted Dial In).+ Standing Reservation – Allows the Host to schedule a conference call as arecurring reservation for the same day and time over an ongoing time period.+ Sub-Conferencing – The Specialist can divide the participants into smaller,separate groups for discussions or brainstorming and then join them backtogether for reports or continued participation (Executive Only).+ Transcription of Audio Tape – When arranged in advance, a professionallytyped transcription of a recorded conference is available for an additionalcharge.
