AT&T’s WIN transmits ___________ofall domestic traffic using high-speed fiber-optic technology and is ___________digital for all traffic. AT&T has more high-capacity fiber to more places than anyother carrier. The bottom line for the end user is that ___________ of all domesticcalls are completed on the first attempt.<strong>2.2</strong>.1.2.1 Basic Service Description (C.<strong>2.2</strong>.1.2.1)The FTS-LD SVS will support connections for voice or analog data up to at least 9.6kbps using an ITU-TSS V.32 modem and 28.8 kbps using and ITU-TSS V.34modem. It will allow voice calls initiated from on-net locations and off-net locations,after verification of authorization codes, to be connected to all on-net and off-netlocations by direct station-to-station dialing.SVS will comply with ANSI T1.101 and all applicable Bellcore and ANSI standards,primarily Bellcore’s BOC Notes on the LEC Networks, and ANSI ISDN and SS7standards.The SVS, like <strong>Circuit</strong> <strong>Switched</strong> Data Service (CSDS), and ___________are servedby a common set of network elements, with transport between these elementsprovided on the AT&T WIN.
