Contract # GS00T01AHD0002Proposal to add Federal Telecommunications Service – Long Distance (FTS-LD)+ Internet Reservations – Teleconference reservations can be made via theInternet (for Toll Free and Caller Paid Dial In calls).+ Language Translation (Translation and Interpretation Services) – An on-linetranslation/interpretation can be provided via Language Line for either theentire call or specific participants. 150+ languages and dialects are availabletwenty-four hours per day for a service charge. The call will require one extraport to be assigned for the translation service.+ Listen Only/Broadcast Mode – All or selected participants can hear theteleconference but cannot be heard by the other participants on the call. Thisis ideal for delivering a speech to a large group. This feature eliminatesbackground noise from speakerphones, cellular phones, and otherdisturbances.+ Mixed Mode – AT&T TeleConference Services can include both OperatorAssisted Dial-In and Operator-Dialed participants.+ Moderator Led Question & Answer – Participants can “electronically” raisetheir hands to ask questions and be placed in queue. The AT&TTeleConference Services Moderator facilitates the entire Q & A session(Executive Only).+ Music On Hold – Music is provided to participants while they wait for theconference to start after they have been placed into the conference. This letseach participant know that they are connected to the conference and providesa pleasant interlude prior to the start of the meeting. Music can be played tothe participants at any point during the conference, such as a break orintermission. Participants will automatically be placed in a listen-only modewhile music is playing. Contract # GS00T01AHD0002Proposal to add Federal Telecommunications Service – Long Distance (FTS-LD)+ Operator Assistance – For operator assistance at any time during theteleconference, an operator is available via touch-tone command.+ Participant Arrival Introductions – Prior to the call being turned over to thehost, the specialist will introduce each participant to the conference call.+ Participant Count – This command allows the Host, Participants and/orSpecialist to hear the total participant count of ports in use for theirteleconference call; it is accessible via touchtone commands or via the AT&TConference Manager (Internet interface site).+ Participant List Report – At the Host request, an AT&T TeleConferenceSpecialist collects participant information.+ Participant Screening – This feature allows the Host or Arranger to specify alist of participant names who may dial into the conference call. As eachparticipant calls-in, the Specialist will ask for their name and check the list. Ifthe name is on the list, the person may join the conference call, if not, theSpecialist will not join the person to the call.+ Password Screening – This feature allows the Host or Arranger to specify apassword that each participant must provide before being joined to theconference call.
