The Audiotape canbe sent to the Agency via overnight mail.+ Automatic Port Expansion – In the event that conference demand exceedsport availability, additional ports and transport are available on a first come,first serve basis (Dial-In services and Reservationless ___________forCorporate Offer only).+ Communication Line – With AT&T TeleConference Services Executiveoffer, a separate communications line connecting the Host site with ourCustomer Care Center that facilitates all call support activities. This featureprovides a means for making last minute changes, real time assistance, andprogress reports (Executive Only).+ Conferee Tones – Entry and exit tones can be heard (default condition) orsilenced.+ Conference Casting –This IP based service allows the Host to broadcastconference calls over the Internet and to send presentation materials(Executive Only).+ Streaming Audio – Conference calls are broadcast over the Internet for liveaccess.+ Replay File – Conference calls are broadcast over the Internet for on demandreplay of file.+ Conference Lock – The Conference Host can restrict the entry of an AT&TTeleConference Specialist via touch-tone command.+ Conference Manager – The AT&T Conference Manager enables conferencecall hosts to monitor and control their audio conference calls via the Internet.Use or disclosure of data contained on this sheet is subject to the restriction on the title page of this proposal.q:\mcghee\vol_1sec2d_r.docI-2-119
