Contract # GS00T01AHD0002Proposal to add Federal Telecommunications Service – Long Distance (FTS-LD)+ A custom platform, integrating the latest technology, utilizing the componentsfrom the best in the industry, and designed specifically for the needs of ourconferencing customers+ Has never blocked a Reservationless call due to capacity constraints, and hasa full capacity deployment plan in 2002, resulting in the expectation that nocalls will be blocked in the future+ Even during the tragic events of September 11th, 2001, AT&TTeleConference Services was able to handle all of our customers’ increasedneeds and volumes, without the need to request the assistance from any otherservice provider+ These bridges also ride on the AT&T backbone and are supported byFASTAR.
