Contract # GS00T01AHD0002Proposal to add Federal Telecommunications Service – Long Distance (FTS-LD)+ Disable Music on Hold – Music on hold can be disabled per request of theHost.+ Facsimile Service – For an additional charge, materials can be faxed toparticipants before, during or after the conference call (Executive Only).+ Frequent Meeting List – Allows a customer to establish a list of participantswho will always be on the Host’s conference call but the conferences arescheduled on an as-needed basis (Executive Only).+ Guaranteed Duration of Dial In Call – Once a conference is in progress, noaction will be taken by the Specialist or by the bridge to terminate the call,even if it goes over its expected duration (Dependent upon port availability).+ Host Controlled Question & Answer – This feature comes automaticallywith the Broadcast mode. It allows participants to submit questions to thespeakers. The Host determines when the conference call switches to Q&Amode and controls the retrieval of queued questions. Conferees may havetheir questions put in queue during Q&A mode using menu options(Corporate Only).+ Host Profile/Folder – Allows a wide variety of information regarding callsetup and procedures to be kept on file for every designated host. They arecustomized to meet the host’s requirements. Each host will have their ownHost Folder personalized to record their call records and billing information.This folder will be assigned a Folder ID and will assist Specialists inactivating your records expeditiously. Folders remain active as long as callsare scheduled periodically during six-month intervals.
