All analog transmission parameters for the originating and terminatingaccess connection between a Point of Presence (POP) and a ServiceDelivery Point (SDP) will satisfy the range and values set forth in Section7, Transmission, BOC Notes on the LEC Networks (Bellcore Pub: SR-TSV-002275).2. All digital transmission parameters for originating or terminating accessconnections between a POP and an SDP will provide at least the valuesand ranges set forth in the High-Capacity Digital Special Access ServiceTransmission Parameter Limits and Interface Combinations (BellcorePubs: GR-342-CORE, GR-54-CORE, and GR-334-CORE).b. GOS1. Performance results for switched access arrangement and Dedicated Class2 access arrangements, the blockage will be 3 percent or less.c. Availability of Service1. SVS access will provide an availability of at least 99.8 percent.d. Post-Dialing Delay1. Post-dialing delay will meet AT&T’s best commercial practice.<strong>2.2</strong>.1.1.4 Interfaces (C.<strong>2.2</strong>.1.1.4)AT&T will support all mandatory interfaces at the SDP for the provisioning of SVSaccess. This support will allow AT&T to effectively and efficiently handle thetechnical compatibility and access coordination issues when ordering, provisioning,and maintaining SDP-to-POP service.
