Categories of internal account codes include individual,project, organization, per location, including on-net only, on-net and off-net.2.2.1.2.3 Performance (C.2.2.1.2.3)With the most sophisticated control and surveillance capabilities of any carrier,including an unmatched number of design and backup systems operating on theworld’s largest digital network, AT&T will meet or exceed the RFP’s Transportperformance requirements for SVS.AT&T has a proven record of providing superior Transmission, GOS, Availability,and Post-Dialing Delay performance for SVS on the FTS2000 network. This sectiondescribes how AT&T will meet or exceed the performance requirements for POP-to-POP connections, which are specified in the Requirements Document for SVS.AT&T’s network transport for SVSs for POP-to-POP connections will meet thefollowing parameters:a. Transmission (digital) Performance1. AT&T’s networks satisfy the values and ranges set for in the ANSIT1.510 for T1 and Bellcore PUB GR-499-CORE for T3 and ANSI T1.105and 106 for SONET.b. GOS1. Transport blockage on AT&T’s network is less than one percent.c. Availability of Service1. AT&T SVSs provide a ___________or better availability.d. Post-dialing delay will meet AT&T’s best commercial practice.2.2.1.2.4 Interfaces (C.2.2.1.2.4)AT&T’s support of the many local access interfaces required by the Government willbring us closer to our customers with more diverse ways of reaching them. AT&T hasgraphically depicted the SDP/LANI combinations in response to paragraph 2.1.5.1.2.2.1.2.4.1 Local Access to Network Interfaces (C.2.2.1.2.4.1)AT&T’s WIN supports a variety of electrical interfaces to ensure compatibility withmost types of local access. This support has allowed AT&T to efficiently handle thetechnical compatibility and access coordination issues when ordering, provisioning,and maintaining POP-to-POP service. The following subparagraphs list the variousinterfaces that AT&T will support in order to meet the requirements of theRequirements Document for SVS Transport.2.2.1.2.4.1.1 Dedicated Access (C.2.2.1.2.4.1.1.a)AT&T will support the following mandatory requirements:1. T1 and Fractional T1 channelized with ESF (Standard: Bellcore Pub: SR-TSV-002275; ANSI T1.102/107/403). The ESF is essential for upgradingexisting facilities to ISDN.2. ISDN PRI (Standard: ANSI T1.607 and 610) provides end-to-end digitalconnectivity, eliminating the need for separate, dedicated voice and dataaccess lines.3. T3 and Fractional T3 channelized (Standard: Bellcore Pub: GR-499-CORE)4.
