Contract # GS00T01AHD0002Proposal to add Federal Telecommunications Service – Long Distance (FTS-LD)2.2.1.2.2.1.e.4.1Enhanced OptionWith the AT&T Corporate Crisis Management Service Enhanced Option, the featuresof the service will be activated during an emergency simply by calling theteleconference reservation line. Once the host contacts the teleconference reservationline, pre-identified Agencies’ executives are notified by the TeleConference Operatorvia telephone ___________ to inform them that a teleconference meeting has beenscheduled. The automatic conference Notification Feature frees up time to moreeffectively deal with the crisis, so activities can continue to be coordinated while themeeting is being called. Agencies also don’t have to worry about getting the messageout to key players, and can have confidence that informed business decisions couldbe made by holding the conference call.With the AT&T Corporate Crisis Management Service’s Enhanced Option,personalized service is received via skilled AT&T TeleConference Specialists. Thesespecialists provide detailed attention before, during and after conference calls.Additionally, the professionalism and expertise of a trained Moderator to assist thehost during the call will be provided. Each conference call has different and uniquedial-in numbers (and access codes, if applicable) for added security. Contract # GS00T01AHD0002Proposal to add Federal Telecommunications Service – Long Distance (FTS-LD)+ WebMeeting Service.2.2.1.2.2.1.e.4.2Basic OptionAgencies simply looking for a way to help ensure that they will have conference callcapability during a crisis can choose the AT&T Corporate Crisis ManagementService – Basic Option. This option allows agencies to subscribe to dedicated audioteleconference ports for only “agency” use; i.e., not shared with another client. Byhaving dedicated ports, conferences can be held when an emergency occurs, 24x7.No reservations are required to activate these ports. Unlike the Enhanced Option, ameeting must be called by notifying participants with the date and time of theconference. Once participants are notified, the conference number and secure accesscode already provided as part of the set up of the agency’s service is simply used.When an agency subscribes to the Basic Option, the partitioning of ports must beestablished initially and assigning those ports and providing the appropriateinformation to the participants will be provided as part of the service.2.2.1.2.2.1.e.5Optional FeaturesAT&T’s Audio TeleConference Services have a large suite of optional featuresavailable to maximize the effectiveness of agency meetings.
