Contract # GS00T01AHD0002Proposal to add Federal Telecommunications Service – Long Distance (FTS-LD)assuring orderly question-and-answer, and taking and tabulating votes(Executive Only).+ Rebroadcast – A recorded teleconference can be broadcasted at a laterscheduled date and time with a live Q&A session (Executive Only).+ Recall – On operator dialed calls, if a participant drops off the call and theHost has arranged for recall, the Specialist will automatically redial thedropped party.+ Recurring – Allows a customer to schedule a teleconference call as arecurring reservation for the same time and day with the same participants(Operator Dialed and Operator Assisted Dial-In).+ Roll Call – After all participants are connected to the teleconference call, theSpecialist will read the names of all the participants and will ask them toverbally respond when their name is called. At the same time, the Specialistwill evaluate the sound quality of each connection (Operator Dialed andOperator Assisted Dial-In only).RSVP (Executive Only)+ Basic – This feature allows the Host to gather information (up to five pieces)from the people that are available to attend a meeting. It also provides theHost with a specific list of those that will be in attendance.+ Enhanced – This feature was designed for the Host that would like to chargeeach participant for attending a meeting, seminar or lecture. The Hostdetermines how much the information is valued at and AT&T collects the feeper participant, via Enhanced RSVP process.
